Big Pines Archery (a subsidiary of “Big Pines Outdoors LLC”) is an independently operated organization and not does not necessarily represent the views of Mountain High Resort, USA Archery, or other affiliated organizations and parties. Information on this site is subject to inaccuracies, and may be subject to change.

Big Pines Archery operates under special use permit from the United States Forest Service.

Reservation Policy

Walk-up availability is very limited and reservations are highly recommended.

All participants must be at least 6 years of age and all participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All participants (regardless of experience or ability level) must attend the safety briefing before the start of the session.

Rangemaster(s) reserve the right to refuse access and service at their discretion for any reason. Safety is our number one priority. We have a zero tolerance policy for intoxication, inebriation, or impairment.

All participants must agree to our Range Rules and comply with all safety protocols. A signed liability form must be completed for each participant.

Refunds

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Big Pines Archery, and may be subject to a processing fee if granted. To request a refund, contact info@bigpinesarchery.com or respond to the confirmation email sent to you. Refunds may take 5-15 business days to return funds to your bank account.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Reservations through our site may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your reserved time with no additional charge. If the scheduled time is unavailable, please contact info@bigpinesarchery.com

All reservations are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or other circumstances that present a safety hazard. If the Rangemaster determines that a safety hazard is present, we may reschedule your session to a different day.
Full and partial refunds will not be granted for cancellations, no-shows, or late starts. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Big Pines Archery. We reserve the right to terminate any reservations for any reason. By reserving, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.

Introduction

Welcome to Big Pines Archery. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our website, located at www.bigpinesarchery.com (the "Site") and our archery range located at Big Pines Archery @ Mountain High Resort - North Lodge. (the "Range").

By using the Site or the Range, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or the Range.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Range after the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Range without a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while using the Range.

Use of the Range

You agree to use the Range in a safe and responsible manner. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others while using the Range.

You agree to follow all safety rules and regulations posted at the Range. You agree to not use the Range in a manner that is unsafe or that could cause injury to yourself or others. Natural, manmade, and unforeseen hazards may exist.

You agree to not use the Range for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Liability

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Big Pines Archery and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Range.

Indemnification

You agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Big Pines Archery, Big Pines Outdoors LLC, and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Range, including but not limited to any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Termination

Big Pines Archery may terminate your access to the Site or the Range at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Big Pines Archery may assign these Terms to any third party at any time. You may not assign these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
